Blue Acorn Rug Yarns are spun from the finest New Zealand sheep that are bred exclusively for rug quality wool. The yarn is hand wound in 250 yard skeins. Hand dyed variegated skeins are noted for their wide variety of colors with subtle variations in each dye pot. Top grade commercial dyes are used.  In addition Blue Acorn offers a full range of solid colored wool rug yarns. Wool rug yarns come in regular worsted weight and bulky weight. Bulky weight rug yarn is ideal for rug punching.
